Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Low Country All-American website and your registration of an athlete for LCAA events. By submitting a registration or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below. Questions can be sent to vonzelle@vzttechconsulting.com.
Registration & Eligibility
Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the participating athlete. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including age/grade for division eligibility, contact details, and any medical information relevant to your athlete's safety during the event.
Payment & Fees
A registration fee applies as shown on the Events page and at checkout. Registrations are held as pending until payment is received through the designated payment link. LCAA reserves the right to adjust fees, capacity, and deadlines between seasons.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case, particularly once jerseys, gear, or event logistics have been committed. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or transfer a registration.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in youth football carries an inherent risk of injury. By registering an athlete, a parent or guardian acknowledges this risk and agrees to the event waiver presented during registration, which must be accepted before a registration can be completed.
Photo & Media Consent
LCAA and its media partners may photograph or record event activity for promotional and highlight purposes. You may opt out of photo/media use for your athlete during registration where that option is provided.
Code of Conduct
Athletes, guardians, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, coaches, officials, and other participants. LCAA reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Site Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and event registration. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or submit false information through the registration or contact forms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms between seasons. Continued use of the site or a new registration after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
