Privacy Policy

Last updated: this policy is reviewed each season. If you have questions about how your information is handled, contact us at vonzelle@vzttechconsulting.com.

Information We Collect

When you register an athlete or send us a message, we collect information you provide directly: athlete name, date of birth, grade, school, gender, positions, uniform and jersey preferences, guardian name and contact details, emergency contact information, and any medical notes or allergies you choose to share. We also collect basic contact-form details (name, email, phone, and message) when you reach out through the site.

How We Use It

We use registration information to build event rosters, order jerseys and gear, communicate schedule and event details, process payment, and respond to support requests. Emergency and medical information is used only for the safety of the athlete during the event and is not used for any other purpose.

Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your registration (confirmations, payment reminders, schedule updates) and occasional informational updates about the event. You can opt out of non-transactional communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Data Sharing

We do not sell athlete or guardian information. Limited information may be shared with event partners and sponsors strictly for event operations (e.g. jersey production, on-site check-in) and is not used by those partners for marketing without your separate consent.

Data Retention & Security

Registration and contact records are retained as needed for event operations, historical reference, and legal recordkeeping, and are stored using access-controlled systems. We limit administrative access to authorized event staff.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted by contacting us directly. Some information (such as records needed for a completed event) may be retained where required for legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Children's Information

Because this event serves youth athletes, most registration information about a minor is submitted by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of that information and consents to its use as described in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the event and our processes evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
